The Data Controller is Magneti Marelli S.p.A. (hereinafter “MM”).
To process and adduce adequate safeguards with respect to the protection of privacy of individuals, MM appointed Hub09 S.r.l. as Data Processor with all the duties imposed on it by applicable law.
