For requirements relating exclusively to organisational and functional matters, we have appointed Hub09 S.r.l., having its registered office at Corso Casale 297 Bis 2° floor, 10132 Torino (TO), Italy, as the date processor in respect of personal data belonging to the users of www.laptimeclub.com in order to achieve the purposes strictly related to and correlated to provision of the services on the site.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA

Provision of your personal data is optional. However failure to provide data which is mandatory may make it impossible for MM to provide the services requested.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
